Secateurs

[Secateurs] are mini garden shears used to cut back plants from soft plants to hardwood material. Usually consist of having the top blade sharp and the other blunt: depending [on the make]. They also require the effort of making a fist for it to close.

Secateurs dont need to be sharpened but they may need to be filed if the blade gets stiff.

They also have a habit of getting blunt. Making [cuttings] a harder job.
