This is old [Yiddish] noun meaning [nagging] [complainer], and in verb form kvetching means to complain.

To complain, from [Yiddish] kvetshn meaning to [squeeze], to complain. Originally quetzen, High German, meaning to squeeze.
Also as a noun for being a [complainer].
