Initially, you need to open the roadrunner app.

You need to find out ‘My accounts’ and click over it.

Next, you need to enter the Roadrunner email address.

The account format has to be: name of your account@—-.rr.com’ the domain name.

Each character should be in the lower case.

You need to type the Roadrunner password in the provided space.
