It doesn't matter which printer brand you use. At some point, all printers will experience some minor or major issues. Forum e.g. HP printer won't print black. Switching off the printer's power factor is an easy way to remedy the problem. Wait for the printer to completely shut down. Remove the power cord that connects the printer to the power source. Hang tight for the printer to fully switch on. Now attempt to remove the printout.
