Arms control is typically exercised through the use of diplomacy which seeks to impose such limitations upon consenting participants through international treaties and agreements, although it may also comprise efforts by a nation or group of nations to enforce limitations upon a non-consenting country.

Bubble and squeak is a traditional British dish made from cooked potatoes and cabbage, mixed together and then pan-fried. It got its name from the sounds it makes while cooking. The dish is usually made from leftovers from a roast dinner and can also include other vegetables like Brussels sprouts, carrots, or peas. It is often served with cold meat from the Sunday roast, and pickles or brown sauce on the side.
