Hello! I have just recently gone to the British Airways Beirut Office and I was truly dismayed by the service that I received. While the office itself is in a decent area and well-signed, the representatives did not seem to be quite as accommodating as I had been hoping for. I was in need of assistance with my reservation, but the representatives seemed to be preoccupied and less than willing to help. It was annoying to have to repeat myself several times just to obtain simple information regarding my flight and alternatives. What was more frustrating, however, was the ambiguity about the fees and policies. I had to request clarification on a number of issues, and the answers that I received were hasty and lacking in detail. I also felt that the office did not possess all the latest information about certain special offers or promotions, which was disappointing because it is crucial for customers to receive accurate information when organizing their holidays. Although I comprehend that things can become hectic, the encounter at this office left me feeling let down. I anticipated a more professional and customer-oriented attitude from British Airways, particularly given that the airline has a reputation for being top-class service. Next time, I will certainly look at other alternatives rather than going to the Beirut office for help.
