I recently went to the Southwest Airlines Cancún Office and I have to say, I was impressed with how well-organized and efficient the whole process was. As soon as I entered the office, I was greeted by a friendly representative who immediately put me at ease. The office itself was clean, well-lit, and had a modern feel to it, which was a nice touch. I was there to confirm a few questions I had about my future flight since I was unsure about some baggage rules. The representative took time to fully explain all, ranging from baggage allowances for checked luggage to extra charges for oversize bags. I was also advised on how to handle my booking online so that I wouldn't cause any unnecessary inconvenience at the airport. The only reason I wouldn't give a perfect rating is the wait time. There were a couple of people in front of me, and so I waited for approximately 15 minutes before someone attended to me. But once attended to, the whole process was fast and hassle-free. Overall, I would strongly suggest visiting the Southwest Airlines office in Cancún if you have any issues with your bookings or any questions. It's a great option to use the phone or the internet to try and solve problems, especially if you are already in the region.
