An insuffulated combination of [snuff] ([snortable] smokeless tobacco) and Oxycontin. Derived from SN (snuff) OC (oxycontin) snort = snorties. Associated with the same pleasurable feeling of smoking a cigarette while using [Opioids]. Originally popularized in the Philadelphia medical college underground scene.
