An Asian that does not have an IQ high enough not to contain him/herself in a public place. They are usually really bitchy about everything and when they do stop acting completely retarted, they act like the coolest one around. You simply cannot [reason with] them, because they are fucking ignorant like hell, and the only way to make them shut the fuck up is to break their jaw or fingers, so they will calm [fucking down] and will actually listen to someone else [for a minute]
