[Lamplighting] is the process of convincing a significant other they are insane or paranoid through the use of technology. Examples include acting completely normal around them, then emailing, texting, and calling and saying [jubberish] or lies and convince them that they are insane by denying and [erasing] records of it. This is best done with multiple sources, like multiple people calling from multiple numbers and using different emails and social media accounts.
