A [howder chout] is a type of person who refuses to listen to any advice anyone can give to them or do as instructed by an [elder] or someone else [in charge] of them. A [Howder Chout] is also a incredibly annoying person who always thinks that they are correct and are generally incredibly ignorant, worse than many black people and rednecks. To Call a person a Howder Chout is an extremely mean thing to say, worse than calling a girl a cunt.
