The Meson Institute is a secret institute for the insane conducting various experiments on the human brain. Various [lobes] of the [cerebellum] may be lobotomized or have small devices implanted to stimulate the region in particular. To date, researchers have learned that the implanted devices can be stimulated via [remote control] to induce a wide variety of delusions and fantasies, thus vastly increasing our understanding of the human brain. Those committed to the Meson Institute are considered completely beyond recovery and will never be released due to the clear and present danger they present to society.
