It rests on the key concept that a womans true happiness comes from the lasting attention and authentic affection from a man.

The religion consists of several rules and regulations including: Thou shalt never turn into a fat-ass. and Thou shalt never let your man go hungry.

Wifeism also considers the home to be a temple, in which the most sacred room of worship is the kitchen.
