Theyre not always looking to get looks from guys, though thats often their reason. The important thing is that wearing a miniskirt makes a girl feel powerful and [feminine]. In a way, theyre asserting their status as a [diva], even if theyre not even close to being one. Wearing a miniskirt symbolizes everything that a woman needs to justify being a [bitch] or [femme fatale], personalities championed by the [feminist] movement as icons of womanly [power].
Miniskirts, or skirts, for that matter, are some of the last [frontiers] that women have to openly distinguish themselves from men. The above deifnition is a sexist definition used by men to apply to the miniskirts of females so that men can feel better about treating women as objects, but the same is not the case when referring to mens shorts or [kilts], which shows how sexist and innacurate the definition is.
The [actual definition] is: A short version of a skirt, worn (usually by females) for various reasons, such as to feel comfortable in what one is wearing, to show [femininity], or to look nice. Often mistaken as a sign that the person wants approaches from men, when actually they dont (or in cases where they do, somtimes this is mistaken to mean that the girl wants sex, when actually she doesnt).
