When a group of friends (usually teenagers or young adults) gather around to have a chill sessions. You can relate it to a party, without the intense dancing, loud music, or complete drunkeness. However, light use of drugs and alcohol can be found at some powwows. One does not vigorously make out with ANYONE at these events, unless it is a [dirty powwow]Normal powwows usually involve a campfire, light background music, and soda. Can be between 3-10 friends, with a 3 person grace period.
