The Pen15 is a social group of the worlds elites and the worlds 1%, people dont know its exact location or who specifically is involved, but we do know that there are many conspiracy theories involving the pen15 and its existence, records of the pen15 go back to 1784, but recently there hasnt been seen activity. Conspiracy theorists predict that these elites plan for the beginning of the new world order, and plan to reduce the worlds population to manage resources more efficiently and influence over the world, they are in charge of and control the world governments, such as Obama, trump is an elite, but he holds separate beliefs, and the theorists believe hes taking the torch up against the new world order. People think that Pen15 means Penis as a joke but there is something much more sinister going on, it was turned into a joke by officials to take meaning out of the name. dont ask how i know this, im just spreading information, by the time you read this, im probably already dead

@sonia -- Absolutely not. PEN15 must be written in sharpie on the FOREHEAD in order to join the club. The hand, forearm, or any other body part able to be seen by the inductee without the aid of a mirror is NOT worthy of membership into the PEN-Fifteen club.
