In Henderson, TN at Freed-Hardeman University, the word boog means to make out or more precisely, to go parking- where you and a member of the opposite sex drive to a secluded area and make out. The actual act of booging is blurry though- is it just kissing, or everything but intercourse? That is up to the Boogers involved on a case by case basis. Most of the time Boogers will go around town finding dark woods or parks to boog in. Sometimes other college students will go boog busting and catch these Boogers in the act. Flashing lights and yelling are always a must when boog busting. You could also have a NCB, a Non Committal Boog, where the people involved make out just for fun- they only have a physical relationship.
