trill is a slang word that mean true and real. i cant speak for the next man, but ugk was the first people to be heard sayin it. it has always been a dirty south hood term, for someone who basically handles their bidness and dosent mind bussin a head every now and again. people, places, or thangs can be considered trill. other people have differnent meanins, some people give it the meanin i just mentioned, or of one that has a deeper, more spiritual meanin. if someone of calls you trill, or if you want to consider yourself trill, just realize we dont use that term lightly around here, its a term of endearment.
