Genderfluid

A genderfluid person is someone who fluctuates between more than one gender, or between having a gender and not having one. They do not stick to one gender, or lack thereof, for their entire life. It is not related to a persons genitalia, nor their sexual orientation.

An individual who is genderfluid experiences their sense of gender identity shift around the spectrum. They may feel like a boy one day, a girl another, or neutral, or everything at once, or nothing, or something different entirely. This is a completely normal gender identity; being genderfluid is not a mental illness. Gender has nothing do with genitals.

This is related to being [transgender]. It is when people sometimes feel as if theyre [male] and sometimes as if theyre [female]. This does not have to be related to [sexuality] or [physical] [gender] in any way, and is not a result of [indecision].

Gender fluidity, or being gender fluid, is NOT a mental illness or anything of the sort. It is a gender identity just like any other- your gender is fluid from day to day. One day you could be male, the next female, and then non-binary. You dont always even figure it out before it changes again! (Btw this is a firsthand account of my personal experience being genderfluid, but its slightly different for everybody.) Sometimes it switches during the day, or might stay the same for a while. Someone who is genderfluid might ask for different pronouns on different days, or they might just use one set usually. All this is completely normal! Bein [genderfluid] means that your gender typically changes between feminine, masculine, neither, and both. For some people emotions or certain periods of [time change] their gender. Others, it [switches] on its own.

Someone whose gender changes over time. Does not necessarily have to be a [boy or girl], can be a mix of the two, neither, or something else entirely. Often confused for having a fluctuating gender presentation, or fluctuating levels or [femininity]/masculinity/[androgyny].

[Justin Bieber]

A person, either biologically male or female, who is gender nonconforming. One day they could be a male, last night they could be non-binary, and this morning they could be female. They are usually very uncomfortable due to being called an attention whore and a faggot. This is untrue. Please. Do not call a [genderfluid] person any of the possible terms. All genderfluid people have a different way of expressing themselves. For me, I wear bracelets that show [how Im feeling](Green-NB, Purple-Female, Blue-Male), use they/them pronouns, and wear clothes that fit the style I have(pastels and [grays]). Treasure the genderfluid person in your life. One day someone might take their uniqueness away.

Denoting or relating to a person who does not identify themselves as having a fixed gender.
