To create Lean, a popular drink originated from Houston Texas, you require the following for the original formula:
-Promethazine w/Codeine VC -

-1 Styrofoam cup (to keep tradition)
-4 teaspoons of [Promethazine] and [Codeine] cough syrup. More can be used at ones own discretion.

-1- can of [sprite] (use as much or less as you want)
-1 splash of cranberry juice. This will help smooth the vodka out
