No one bothers to get married, leading to multiple baby-mommas and baby-daddies. Population widely consists of high school drop outs that thrive only by selling of drugs and working at near by chemical plants.

A small blue collar fishing town on the coast of NJ. This is a gem of a location, quite but hip. You can clearly see the NY skyline from the Highlands Elementary School. There are lots of nice places to eat and a commuter ferry to downtown and midtown NY. Sadly, [Hurricane Sandy] [wreaked havoc] on the town, and many residents still struggle 2 years on to rebuild their homes.
