Lamium album, commonly known as white nettle or white dead-nettle, is a flowering plant in the family Lamiaceae. It is native to Europe and Asia but has been introduced to North America. Despite its common name, it is not a true nettle, but gets its name from the similarity of its leaves to those of stinging nettles. The plant produces small, white, two-lipped flowers and is often used in herbal medicine.
