[Hoodlum] is a word that Americans use to describe criminals. Hoodlums are like the American equivalent of a [gopnik]. Hoodlums usually live in states like Florida, Georgia, Texas, Arizona, or even more northern places like New York or Pennsylvania. Hoodlums like to listen to rappers like Lil Pump, XXXTentacion, or [Lil Uzi Vert]. They wear Adidas hoodies, grey lounge-pants, boots, and an Adidas baseball cap. Sometimes they jump random people and rob them for everything they have. Almost every [hoodlum] either drinks, smokes, or does drugs. Most hoodlums are white, but you can spot black hoodlums in bigger cities like Atlanta or Miami.
