Misadministration

A [misadministration] is something that occurs while giving a test or exam of some sort. A misadministration is usually when a student is caught cheating or talking or really doing anything other than [breathing]. A misadministration usually happens when a teacher isnt at school [the day of] their own test, this also means that they can blame anything on anyone and not have to have any prove at all. A misadministration in fact usually isnt a misadministration at all.
