A term used in the popular video games Call of Duty: World at War and [Call of Duty]: [Black Ops] when playing the [Zombie] Mode.
It refers to a zombie which has had its legs blown off by a grenade. These zombies are typically extremely slow, but can be dangerous if a player is not vigilant.
Because a round does not start until all zombies are killed, they are often kept alive at the end of rounds to purchase ammo, perks, and guns without starting the next round.
