A person who likes to jump in and talk about something they know nothing of. A pass usually only succeeds in making his or her self look stupid by saying something that was intended to be on topic but not at all what a group was talking about.

Pass is a word that means to move or proceed without stopping. It is used in a variety of contexts, such as sports and language.
In the context of a game, passing refers to moving an object or person from one point in a game to another without taking any direct action. For example, in football (soccer), a player may pass the ball to their teammate in order for them to score a goal.
Passing is also used in language to refer to a verb that indicates movement or progress without any direct action. For example, in English grammar, the pass verb is used to indicate that something has been passed from one person or place to another, such as a message being passed from one person to another in writing.
