Dicey

A way of describing something in way that shouldnt be good, and yet somehow is.

The main reference is due to the word being extensively used in [Dublin], Ireland to refer to [monday nights], which are always Dicey. There is also a slight reference to the dice and the aspect of chance. The idea that there was a chance that the thing wouldn’t be good but its ended up [being cool], rad, mental, mad, wicked etc.
