Instanding ~ The opposite of outstanding.
Means, instead of demonstrating outwardly to the world, what a great person you are, and have [external] focus on your [achievements] for the day, hour or what not. Instanding is when you find out that within yourself, you are [intrinsically] a fantastic person and have so much going for you, that it doesnt matter what the external world sees.
