Fully Used up or fully screwed
Derivation: Two fraternity brothers were getting [swoll] in the gym. After finishing the last set of bicep curls, one brother said to the other I need to add one more set, just to get my [bis] fully [quaiched]. This was interepreted as fully used up or fucked up. It has since been used more as fucked up, i.e. that fool just came out and quaiched me.
