A law in the Naruto Fanfiction universe [plugged in] by various fanfiction authors for any Naruto [Harem] Fanfic. Usually implicated to either build or [restore] a clan. Sometimes use in Reverse Harems.
Its original usage is unknown.

useage is to restore a clan once its down to one member
