A person who has done jail time and fulfils four or more of the following criteria:

Is from a [broken home], particularly with herion addicted parents
Is a herion addict
Slit [an old ladys] throat for 35 cents
Stole the [faceplate] of your car stereo rendering it useless
Uses Salvation Army vouchers to eat, yet drives a ,000 dumped BMW
Asks 5 year olds if they are chasing.
Someone stupid enough to get caught and go to prison in the first place.

Shoot these people in the face on sight. There is no such thing as reform or public reintegration.
