Malignant bloodlust

A Malignant [Bloodlust] is a hidden [6th sense] within certain people. A Malignant Bloodlust is the emotion of extreme maliciousness and pure violence. It only occurs within people who have strong beliefs in “certain things”. The person will have a shooting [impaling] feeling in their head and the feeling of blood in their mouths.
A Malignant Bloodlust is incredibly dangerous. Someone who has [one deep] inside them is bad-luck or either has decent control within it.
People with Malignant Bloodlusts can cause extreme harm to people either from physical contact, mental or weapon combat wise.
When someone has a Malignant Bloodlust, they will act either normal but off, or will straight up have a dark aura around them. They will have [piercing eyes] that will give you a bad feeling and their body will be more tense. They will be quiet during occasions.
But controlled Malignant Bloodlusts are something to be worried about. They could hide it easily, but when things happen [that snaps] them, they’ll give you a [shock factor] of fear for the moment that will either have you hurt or mentally distraught.
To protect oneself from one of these, do not show any sign of anger towards the person and show fear either they’ll feel the accomplishment of their Malignant Bloodlust which is drive violence, fear and despair. Do not try to defend yourself too much when it comes to hand to hand combat. The Bloodlust will automatically become more intrigued and will increase the Bloodtensity.
