Forward jump full twist

Forward jump full twist in Diving. A progression to a full twist dive, that can be either to the left or right. One arm reaches with the shoulder pulling backward and dropping behind the head with the other arm swinging across the body in the direction of the twist. When one twist has been completed, the arms are moved sideways to check the twist before entry into the water.
