Float upstart

Float upstart in Mens Gymnastics - Horizontal Bar. Carried out with straight legs used to push the hips up and behind the bar, while the gymnast presses down on the bar to lift the shoulders. The legs are then lifted into a dish shape as the forward swing begins to extend the body to the height of its swing before then bringing the ankles to the bar and pressing the bar along the line of the legs.
