Flamingo position in Synchronized Swimming. A swimmer takes up the single ballet-leg position. The horizontal leg is taken along the surface and then pressed to the chest. At all times during this position the knee and foot of the bent leg will remain at the water surface. The swimmers head will rest in the water with their head looking up.
