The ultimite insult. If [delivered] properly it can end any sort of argument. Usuealy delivered when someone comes to your house and breaks [your shit], or an obnoxious prick. There are different levels of being a Douche-douche. Each individual Douche-douche has his own title: Douche-douche [Commander], Douche-douche Killer, The Douche-douche, etc.
