A [portly] middle aged fellow who may once have been succesful and attractive but has since let himself go. His self esteem however, has not diminished to suit his now less then attractive form. Generally found traveling alone rather than in a group the [Chegwin] is commonly found on beachess.
Trade mark features include: Bloated [beer gut]. Towel tied as a cape or scarf. Confident though slightly unsettling smirk. General vibe of arrogance and seediness.
