A rare element of the chromium group, occurring in nature inthe minerals molybdenite and wulfenite, and when reduced obtained asa hard, silver-white, difficulty fusible metal. Symbol Mo. Atomicweight 95.9.

Therefore, Molybdenum myst be the answer to life, the universe and everything. (We are still searching for the question that would make sense with this answer).

However, in all seriousness, this element is a metal that is used in glass melting and in other manufactory that uses high temperatures. This is because it has a very high melting point.
