Women (or men) who go about their day with a shawl on, but no pants or underwear. Also see Shirt Cocker, Shirt Cocking and Porky Pig.
Supposedly first coined at burning man where shirt cocking and [shawl cunting] is most prevalent. In 2014, the BRC Dept. of Radical Inclusion [Dick-a-boo] Task Force notified all persons that shirt cocking should now be replaced with [dick-a-boo].
