Meaning to have caught a sexually transmitted disease or infection, one that you can only [get rid off] by removing the infected body part.
It is also newly adopted name for a former british member of parliament previously known as [Amber Rudd]. She officially and legally adopted her new name Clamber Scudd by deed poll.
While speaking with reporter for the guardian, she declared I have never identified with my given name, and as such have decided to take the name Clamber Scudd, as [I feel it] reflects my inner core and being. How the fuck I became an MP is beyond me but ill ride the gravy train for as long as I can, and if I play my cards right, I might even land a job in the EU, if not at least I have a hefty pension and a load of brown envelopes
