A Thrash [Ballad] is a slower song done by bands that usually play aggressive thrash metal. Being a technical genre, when a Thrash Metal band writes a [ballad] or slower song they end up sounding different than most [ballads] as there is usually a very dominant use of powerchords which usually contain a melodic lead part over the chorus and/or verse, the vocals are usually clean and clear, and the [solos] are usually long and melodic.
