A person, usually a female, who acts superior to others (undeserved) because they have blonde hair and who is absolutely convinced that they are in-demand always and by everyone! They like to go-off on people, especially their friends, to show their real, frightening personalities. Sometimes, when intoxicated or threatened, [they fight], [pull hair] or spaz just to prove they are on-top-of-the-heap. Prone to calling the cops (crying-wolf) because no one ever suspected them of being an [evil person] with criminal habits.
