Sideboarding

When a snowboarder goes down a slope in the braking position, effectively the side of the board. A very slow way to go down advanced [slops], commonly looked down upon by advanced boarders.
Sideboarding is a technique commonly used by snowboarders not experienced enough to [ride down] blue and black slopes properly.
Sideboarding has been known to wreck [moguls] and create unwanted banks of snow for more experienced boarders.
