Republicans [haved] employed in the United States a means to sway public opinion. They use a [DoD] tactic called Perception Management. See Wikipedia Listing Perception Management. They have employed this tactic on Democrats that [sit on the fence] come time to vote. Thereby flipping votes and deceptively becoming Totalitarian. Thusly the name totalitarian-elephant. They are truly Reds.
