          Its like bullshit, but you can say it to woke activism. If someone wants or bans clapping but are okay with shouting down and bull [horning] to drown out voices, essentially bullshit meets hypocrite. To [Bullhorn], is to do things like banning clapping for anxiety sake, and then [bullhorn] or shout down. To be a bullhorn, your a person who champions social justice and the safety of the anxious as well as inflicting damage to the anxious in the name of that cause. Used as Blowing your own Bullhorn is perfectly fine, when a person is proud of their have [your cake] and eat it to views.
