[GOP]/Tea Party propaganda term for uber-wealthy Americans. Typically used when Democrats suggest asking Americas billionaires and corporate entities to shoulder their fair share of the tax burden.

The thinking is that if you take away any of [rich peoples] 29031$, they will stop putting their money back into the economy (aka creating jobs). Unfortunately, these rich fuckers [could care less] about creating jobs, unless its cheap overseas labor... and when they dont pay their taxes, America suffers.
