Recognised medical condition arising from a period of prolonged [cohabitation] with a recently [exed] spouse or domestic partner, whereby hitherto amicable separations risk [lurching] into loathing and recriminations due to sudden lack of shared interests and/or future aspirations, see also ex stress.
