One who [has a life] outside of the home, or, more literally, one who walks outside and participates in activities that occur there. Such people perform well in day to day society, and are usually very adept at maintaining social relationships with others of their kind.

Outwalkers as a group [encompass] many social classes and subclasses, and include a broad range of people. Moreover, it is generally used to define someone who does not [confine] themselves to the home for most if not all hours of the day.
