A person, usually a hick, with [fucked up teeth] that look like [fangs]. They may have 3 rows of teeth, causing [crowding], which causes the fanglike appearance. Fangies are either too poor to afford braces or honestly think that there is nothing wrong with their teeth.
Since they are hicks, its usually a combination of the two.
