A sound effect used to describe intense joy, happiness, or used as a form of celebration.

Thought to have originated in California, by Cholos, in the hoods of East [Menlo Park], [Soledad], or as far south as [Chula Vista].

To properly express Shewwwwwwwwwww!!! (Pronounced like the word shoe) emphasis must be loud and strong, and in a higher than normal pitch.
Variations include Sheeeeowww!!! (She-ow) Sheee-ah-haaa-haaaa!!! (She-ah-haha)
